At Stone and Wills Estates we are a RICS Regulated firm that offer Property Management and a full range of Residential Surveying Services.
Whether it is Block Management that is required or Management of your individual property on a short term let basis, our boutique firm are able to cover all of your needs. Our Company is made up of IRPM qualified staff with a team of RICS Registered or MRICS/Party Wall Surveyors that cover a full range of services such as Condition Surveys ( Level 1) Homebuyer Reports ( Level 2) Building Surveys ( Level 3) as well as Structural Surveys/and or Calculations and Party Wall advice/disputes to help with all of your home renovation needs.
With more than a decade of experience we understand what it takes to ensure that residential developments are ran successfully.Through our expertise and experience we are able to provide a full range of residential property management services for all types of tenure and build. These include blocks of flats, mixed use developments, housing estates, and communal areas on private land.

BLOCK MANAGMENT
We specialise in making sure that the blocks that we manage are safe, clean and compliant and to ensure that we stay up to date with all of the ever changing Fire Safety/ Health and Safety regulations.
We take on Management for all forms of Companies.
If you are an RMC ( Residents Management Company) or a RTM ( Right to Manage Company) we provide additional help in ensuring that you are fulfilling all of your Directors responsibilities.
Some of the many roles within our service include providing regular site inspections, arranging the necessary repairs for both reactive and planned maintenance & dealing with all customer service enquiries and Insurance compliance to name a few.
Short term Lets

Building Surveying Services

We provide CAPEX ( Capital Expenditure Reports) that allow Directors of Management Companies and property owners to have a full report on projected repairs for the next 20 years to allow efficient budgeting.
